Help With Navigating Through The Development Cycle

Hi,
I'm a new member and I need help getting started. I can't seem to figure out exactly how the "course" develops from start to finish. I'm an entry level C# developer and I've download all of the solutions/files and subscribed to Metatrader, ONADA, ect...now I just need to know the exact order to take from start to finish (sequentially) to work through the development cycle. The site doesn't seem to do a very good job as far as guiding you along from step 1 to 2,3,4...Can some one please tell me where to begin and how to proceed from there? Thank you
